COURTESY VISIT BY MAYBANK PERAK REGIONAL DIRECTOR TO MAYOR OF IPOH

IPOH, 17 APRIL 2026 – Ipoh Mayor Zamakhshari Hanipah today received a courtesy visit from Maybank Perak Regional Director Suresh Ramasamy in a meeting at the Ipoh City Council (MBI) Building. 

The visit served as a platform to strengthen strategic relations between the banking sector and the local authority, besides opening up space for discussions on potential collaborations that could benefit the development of Ipoh city and the wellbeing of the local community. 

This meeting also reflected the continued commitment of both parties in strengthening positive cooperation networks, particularly in the aspects of economic development, corporate social responsibility and initiatives that support the progress of the city. 

Ipoh City Council greatly appreciates this courtesy visit and hopes that the good relationship established will continue to be strengthened in the future for mutual benefit.
