COURTESY VISIT BY PERAK VALUATION DIRECTOR ON IPOH MAYOR ZAMAKHSHARI HANIPAH

IPOH, 28 APRIL 2026 – Ipoh City Council (MBI) today received a courtesy visit from Perak Valuation Director Sr. Ari Adam on Ipoh Mayor Zamakhshari Hanipah at the Ipoh City Council Building. 

The courtesy visit was held as a platform to strengthen strategic cooperation between the Ipoh City Council and the Perak Valuation and Property Services Department, especially in matters related to property valuation, property data management, as well as enhancing taxation systems and urban development. 

This meeting also opened up space for discussions on efforts to strengthen service delivery to the people of Ipoh via sharing expertise, information coordination and continuous cooperation between both parties. 

The Ipoh City Council greatly appreciates this courtesy visit and hopes that the good relationship established will continue to be strengthened in support of sustainable, well-planned and competitive city development.
