MINISTRY OF FINANCE DELEGATION CONDUCTS WORKING VISIT TO UTC PERAK

IPOH, 21 JULY 2026 – The Perak Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) today received a working visit from a Ministry of Finance delegation led by Ghazali Hizam, Division Secretary, Strategic and Corporate Financial Control Division (BKSK), to observe the management and service operations at the centre.

The delegation was welcomed by UTC Perak General Manager LAr. Meor Abdullah Zaidi Meor Razali at the VIP Meeting Room, Level 3, UTC Perak.

During the visit, the delegation was given a comprehensive briefing on the management and operations of UTC Perak, including the coordination of government agency services, facility management, customer service delivery and improvement efforts implemented to ensure public comfort and satisfaction.

The working visit served as a platform for sharing views and exchanging information on best practices in UTC management, besides inspecting facilities and services provided by the departments and agencies operating at the centre.
