PERAK STATE GOVERNMENT MEET THE CLIENTS DAY MESRA PROGRAMME (SERIES 6/2026)

KUALA KANGSAR, 24 AUGUST 2026 — The Perak State Government organised the Perak State Government Meet The Clients Day MESRA Programme (Series 6/2026) at Dewan Jubli Perak in Kuala Kangsar today. 

The programme provided an opportunity for the public to interact directly with the Perak State Government by submitting their views, suggestions and complaints to be heard and addressed through engagement sessions with the relevant departments or agencies. 

The organising of such a programme reflects the Perak State Government’s commitment in ensuring service delivery that is more friendly, responsive and centred on the needs of the people. 

The programme was attended by Perak Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Saarani Mohamad, who took the time to personally listen to the feedback and problems of the people. Also present were the Perak State leadership and heads of state and federal departments. 

Ipoh Mayor Zamakhshari Hanipah also attended the event to strengthen relations and cooperation between government agencies and the local community. 

Among the programme’s activities were the provision of various services by government departments and agencies, as well as the sale of daily necessities at lower prices, including Jualan Rahmah, offering a variety of essential goods at affordable prices. 

The programme was further enlivened by the Launch Ceremony of the Perak Pavillion Logo and Road To MAHA 2026 at the grounds of Dewan Jubli Perak, Kuala Kangsar. 

It is hoped that platforms such as this will continue to serve as an effective medium for resolving the people’s issues more quickly, comprehensively and with high impact.
