PRESENTATION CEREMONY OF LETTERS OF ACCEPTANCE (SST) TO CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS BY MAYOR OF IPOH

IPOH, 23 JUNE 2025 – Ipoh Mayor Zamakhshari Hanipah officiated the Presentation Ceremony of Letters of Acceptance (SST) to 27 for procurement through balloting and 32 for procurement via quotation for participants comprising contractors and suppliers this afternoon.

At the event, he took the opportunity to mingle with the SST recipients. This programme aimed to appreciate the contractors and suppliers who were successful in the Ipoh City Council (MBI) procurement process, besides also reminding them to carry out the works awarded efficiently, according to schedule and in compliance with the set standards.

The Mayor also advised the successful contractors and suppliers not to delegate the work to third parties (subcontractors), but instead carry out the work directly to ensure the quality and effectiveness of project implementation.

The ceremony was also attended by the Heads of Departments of MBI.
