PERAK MADANI RAKYAT PROGRAMME 2026

IPOH, 3 APRIL 2026 – The Perak MADANI Rakyat Programme 2026 was successfully held at Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah, Meru, with a very encouraging response from the people throughout its duration.

The official opening ceremony was officiated by Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Also present to enliven the event were Perak Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Saarani Mohamad and Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming, along with the national and state leadership of Perak. 

Ipoh Mayor Zamakhshari Hanipah also attended the event.

The programme featured a variety of interesting and beneficial activities for visitors. Among them were exhibition booths by ministries and government agencies, including the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC), which provided the latest information on the nation’s tourism and cultural sectors.

In addition, the Rahmah Sales initiative was held to help the people obtain daily necessities at more affordable prices.

Visitors also had the opportunity to explore the Career Carnival, which opened up job opportunities for job seekers, as well as the Security Asset Exhibition showcasing various strategic national assets.

Not to be missed, the Food Fest and various side activities were also organised to further enliven the atmosphere throughout the programme.

The MADANI Rakyat Programme serves as an important platform in strengthening the spirit of cooperation, while bringing the government closer to the people through more efficient, inclusive and effective service delivery.
