MBI ORGANISES STRATA COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMME 2026

IPOH, 1 OCTOBER 2026 – More than 150 participants took part in the Strata Community Education and Empowerment Programme 2026.  

All the participants involved consisted of Management Corporation Committee members, Joint Management Body Committee members, developers and property management agents around Ipoh, Perak.  

Also participated were representatives of Local Authorities (PBT) throughout Perak, including government and private agencies.  

The programme at Dewan Taman Cempaka Ipoh was officiated by MBI Chief Whip Clr. Dato' Mazlan Abd. Rahman.  

This programme, an initiative of the MBI Commissioner of Buildings Branch, was held with the aim of providing exposure to management bodies and the strata communities regarding the Introduction of E-Strata Implementation in Strata Building Schemes, as well as methods of handling documents related to owners, procurement and management integrity.
