THE MINISTER OF HOUSING & LOCAL GOVERNMENT HAS COMPLETED THE CSR PROGRAM OF TREE PLANTING AND PLAQUE SIGNING ORGANIZED BY WEI DAT STEEL WIRE SDN BHD AND MBI

24 November 2024 - YB Tuan Nga Kor Ming, Minister of Housing & Local Government, has completed the CSR Tree Planting and Plaque Signing Program organized by Wei Dat Steel Wire Sdn Bhd and MBI at the Sultan Abdul Aziz Recreation Park this morning.

It will also be attended by YB Jenny Choy Tsi Jen, ADUN Canning cum Deputy Yang Dipertua Dewan Negeri Perak Y.Bhg. Dato' Rumaizi bin Baharin@Md Daud, Mayor of Ipoh and Encik Kwan Boon Dat, Executive Director of Wei Dat Steel Wire Sdn Bhd.

A total of 1500 shade trees have been donated by Wei Dat Steel Wire Sdn Bhd in this Social Responsibility (CSR) Program.

In his speech, YB Tuan Nga Kor Ming, Minister of Housing & Local Government called on more private companies to emulate Wei Dat Steel Wire Sdn Bhd in carrying out CSR programs for the well-being of Ipoh City.

This program is a continuation of the second year in which Syarikat Steel Wire Sdn Bhd has also implemented donations and tree planting at Hala Perusahaan Menglembu 13 in 2023 involving almost 200 shade trees.
