LAUNCH CEREMONY OF THE BOOK ‘NOBAT DIRAJA PERAK DARUL RIDZUAN’

IPOH, 25 APRIL 2026 — The Launch Ceremony of the book ‘Nobat Diraja Perak Darul Ridzuan’ was held at The Albatross, Royal Perak Golf Club (RPGC) this evening. 

HH Raja DiHilir of Perak, Raja Iskandar Dzulkarnain Sultan Idris Shah graced the ceremony. 

The arrival of HH the Raja DiHilir of Perak was welcomed by State Secretary Dato’ Ahmad Suaidi Abd. Rahim, Ipoh Mayor Zamakhshari Hanipah, as well as Department Heads and representatives of state government agencies. 

At the ceremony, HH the Raja DiHilir of Perak officiated and launched the book ‘Nobat Diraja Perak Darul Ridzuan’, published as an effort to introduce, document and uphold the heritage of the Perak Royal Nobat institution to the community. 

The organisation of this event reflects the ongoing commitment to preserving the Perak Royal customs and traditions, besides strengthening the community’s understanding of the historical, cultural and traditional values of the Perak Sultanate. 

Hopefully, the ‘Nobat Diraja Perak Darul Ridzuan’ book can be an important reference for present and future generations in understanding the uniqueness and importance of the Royal Nobat as one of the most valuable cultural heritages of Perak.
