PERAK STATE GOVERNMENT MEET THE CLIENTS DAY MESRA PROGRAMME (SERIES 4/2026)

IPOH, 15 JUNE 2026 — The Perak State Government organised the Meet The Clients Day MESRA Programme (Series 4/2026) at Stadium Indera Mulia today.

This programme provided an opportunity for the public to interact directly with the Perak State Government by submitting views, suggestions and complaints to be heard and addressed via engagement sessions with the relevant departments and agencies.

The organisation of such programmes reflects the State Government’s commitment to ensuring service delivery that is more friendly, responsive and based on the needs of the people. 

The programme was attended by Perak Menteri Besar Saarani Mohamad, who took the time to personally listen to the people’s feedback and problems. Also present were members of the Perak State leadership and heads of state and federal departments. 

Ipoh Mayor Zamakhshari Hanipah was also present, further strengthening relationship and cooperation between government agencies and the local community. 

Among the programme contents were the provision of various services by government departments and agencies that were ready to receive complaints, listen to suggestions and assist in resolving community problems, besides selling daily necessities at cheaper prices, including Jualan Murah/Jualan Rahmah with various essential goods at reasonable prices. 

It is hoped that platforms such as this will continue to be an effective medium for resolving the people’s issues more quickly, comprehensively and with high impact.
