PPTD PERAK BRANCH 3RD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026

IPOH, 8 JULY 2026 – Perak Menteri Besar Dato' Seri Saarani Mohamad officiated the Administrative and Diplomatic Service Association (PPTD) Perak Branch 3rd Annual General Meeting 2026 at the Banquet Hall, Bangunan Perak Darul Ridzuan, Ipoh. 

The event brought together officers of the Administrative and Diplomatic Service (PTD), who are among the key pillars in ensuring the smooth administration of the government and the implementation of policies for the wellbeing of the people. 

In his speech, the Menteri Besar expressed his highest appreciation to all PTD officers, describing them as key individuals behind the scenes, whose names are seldom mentioned, but who play a major role in ensuring that every government policy and decision is translated into benefits felt by the people. 

According to him, the success of a government is not be measured solely by the new policies announced, but rather by the extent to which those policies are effectively implemented and the positive impact they bring to the people. 

He added that the ability of civil servants, particularly PTD officers, to carry out their trust with full dedication serves an important foundation in building the people’s confidence in the government administration. 

The Menteri Besar also conveyed his appreciation to the PTD officers and the entire civil service workforce, who remain committed to fulfilling their responsibilities as one team to ensure that Perak continues to progress, prosper and thrive. 

Also present were the State Secretary Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim and Ipoh Mayor Zamakhshari Hanipah.
