ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE BAN ON PROVISION AND USE OF SINGLE-USE PLASTIC BAGS THROUGHOUT PERAK
Kerajaan Negeri Perak telah menetapkan larangan pemberian dan penggunaan beg plastik jinjit sekali guna di seluruh Negeri Perak berkuat kuasa mulai 1 September 2026.
🚫 All affected permanent premises are prohibited from providing and using single-use plastic bags for customers.
Among the permanent premises involved are:
- Hypermarkets
- Supermarkets
- Departmental stores
- Convenience stores
- Fast-food restaurants
- Petrol station convenience stores
- Chain stores
- Pharmacies
Other related premises will be announced from time to time.
