VISIT OF KUALA LUMPUR CITY HALL DELEGATION TO IPOH CITY COUNCIL

18 JUNE 2025 - Ipoh City Council (MBI) received a visit from a delegation from the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL). The delegation, comprising 18 members, was led by DBKL Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department Deputy Director Ir Ts Hamidi Che Kob.

The main purpose of this visit was to conduct a knowledge-sharing session between the two parties, particularly on Pricing Rates and Works related to Mechanical and Electrical, as well as Solid Waste Management.

The briefing was conducted by Works and Buildings (Workshop and Transport) Assistant Director Muhammada Afiq Azizi Khairul Anuar, Works and Buildings (Projects and Maintenance) Assistant Director Nur Aifa Farihah Mad Nor, and Assistant Environmental Health Officer (Solid Waste) Zulfadzli Zakaria. The session was held at Dewan Azlan Shah, Level 10, Ipoh City Council.

The Ipoh City Council hopes that this visit will further strengthen the strategic relationship between both parties and serve as a platform for exchanging knowledge and best practices in sustainable development management.
